The Journal of The Dental Hub welcomes original research articles, case reports, review articles, and clinical studies related to all fields of dentistry. Authors must adhere to the following submission guidelines:

1. Manuscript Format

​

File Type: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).  

Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced throughout.  

Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.  

Word Limit:

  - Original Research: 3000–5000 words (excluding references)  

  - Review Articles: 4000–6000 words  

  - Case Reports: 1500–2500 words  

  - Short Communications: 1000–2000 words  

Structure:  

  - Title Page: (Title, Author Names, Affiliations, Corresponding Author’s Details) 

  - Abstract: (Structured: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion; 250 words max)  

  - Keywords: (3-6 relevant keywords)  

  - Main Text: (Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) 

  - Acknowledgments (if any)

  - References** (Vancouver Style)  

  - Figures & Tables (Numbered sequentially with captions)

  

2. Referencing Style (Vancouver) 

​

- Follow the “Vancouver citation style” for referencing. 

- Cite references in numerical order “(e.g., [1], [2,3], [4-6])”.  

- Examples:

- Book:

3. Figures & Tables 

- Figures: High-resolution (300 dpi), submitted in JPEG or PNG format.  

- Tables: Must be editable, not embedded as images.

 

 4. Ethical Considerations 

- All studies involving human subjects must include an “Ethics Approval Statement” and “Informed Consent Declaration”.  

 

5. Submission Process 

- Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s “online submission portal” or emailed to [journalofthedentalhub@gmail.com].  

- The corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment upon submission.
